Any payments received are to be considered a non-refundable deposit with the intent to reserve your wedding date. However, we understand that sometimes things can happen that are beyond your control. So, some deposits will be refunded in the event that the wedding is prohibited from happening due to a god-like incident that is beyond your control (If the venue burns down, we’re hardly going to bill you.) Furthermore, any deposit that is paid but not used, will be kept on record as a retainer for future service.

What happens if we decide to cancel our wedding? Do we get a refund?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining 50% will not be due until 30 days prior to the date of the event. We are also happy to accommodate alternative funding plans on a case-by-case basis. Just ask us!

What is the deposit requirement expected of us?

Absolutely. We believe that no two weddings are alike, so we want you to have a full range of flexibility in customizing your wedding package. This is also a great way to hit your budget goal.

Can I customize my wedding package if I don’t find one that fits for me?

Yes. Each of our weddings tend to gather about 260-380 gigabytes of data (that’s a lot of juice!). Our wedding films typically only use the top 1% of this footage. Which means all of the other material on this hard drive are never-before-seen and guaranteed to be littered with special moments. You can also use this hard drive to upgrade your package in the future. It makes one heck of a 1-year anniversary gift.

Do all packages come with the raw footage included for free?

Assuming all goes well, our typical turn-around time for a wedding package is eight weeks. Ultimately our goal is to provide all our couples with a final product we are both proud of.

What is the typical turn-around time for a wedding package?

We do not put our films on DVD unless this is specifically requested. All films and photos are delivered both electronically (so you get them as soon as possible!) and via hard drive / flash drive that we mail to you, depending on how large of files you have.

Do we get our film on DVD or another physical format?

Yes! We have a large selection of royalty-free music for you to review and choose from. We will even show you our top 10 favorite songs that we haven’t used yet to give you a good idea of what to look for. Or if you would rather we pick the song, that’s cool too!

Do we get to pick our wedding song?

Of course!

Can we have a meeting with Brad to discuss our wedding prior to booking?

Yes. We typically only book about 20 weddings a year, and Brad does his best to ensure he is leading every wedding and connecting with the couple personally. If he is unable to attend for a personal reason, he will make sure his best people are there to make sure everything goes flawlessly.

Will Brad be at our wedding, or someone else?

Yes. Just reach out to us and we can modify your package to fit your needs. Any additional cost will be adjusted and applied to your deposit and remaining payments.

Can I upgrade my package after I have purchased, prior to the wedding date?
